Telugu Desam MLA Talasani Yadav feels bite of defection law

Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao is scheduled to induct senior Telugu Desam Party MLA Talasani Srinivasa Yadav into his Cabinet on Tuesday. Mr Yadav is facing an “enquiry” by the Speaker, with the TDP seeking his disqualification as he defected to the TRS without quitting his seat.
