Stray dogs maul accident victim at Gandhi Hospital

It was just waiting to happen. In a bone-chilling incident, an accident victim who was reportedly waiting for treatment outside the emergency ward of Gandhi Hospital on Friday morning was attacked by a pack of dogs that viciously mauled at his injured leg.
