Andhra Pradesh to get tough with sanders smugglers, to frame strict laws

The Andhra Pradesh cabinet, unfazed by the condemnation over the killing of 20 woodcutters in the Seshachalam forest, on Wednesday cleared a proposal to imprison smugglers for 5 to 10 years, a move experts said could deter smuggling of the rare red sanders.
