Library body to move court against GHMC

The Hyderabad Granthalay Samstha (HGS), which runs public libraries in the state, will move court against the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) as the latter has failed to pay a whopping Rs 301 crore to the libraries for maintenance.
