Hyderabad's heritage conservation plans in doldrums

A year ago, there were elaborate plans and funds allocation under the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation's (GVMC) city development plan (CDP) for the conservation of the city's heritage structures with a special thrust on the Old Town area so as to include it in the tourism map.
