Hyderabad HC pulls up GVMC chief for ‘signing on blank documents’

The Hyderabad high court on Thursday came down heavily on GVMC commissioner Praveen Kumar’s manner of functioning and directed him to attend to the property tax grievance of a resident of Visakhapatnam by giving him a personal hearing.
