HC summons Telangana, AP babus for failing to heed orders

Taking exception to the scant regard being shown to the orders of the court, a division bench comprising Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice M Satyanarayana Murthy of the high court has directed the principal secretaries of the medical and health departments of both AP and Telangana states to be present in court on April 8.
