Eagle set to snatch new ORR stretch toll contract

After messing up Outer Ring Road (ORR) toll collection contracts last year, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is now raking up another controversy by deciding, in principle, to award the contract to the existing toll collection agency for a newly opened stretch between Ghatkesar and Pedda Amberpet.
