PANAJI: The verdict is finally out. A study conducted jointly by fulltelangana.com and the Margao-based social organisation and Think Tank Forum for Fairness & Good Governance in India (FFFGG) says that Goa has dropped several places lower down the chart as the most favoured destination for high spending foreign tourists.
