SCB violates rules, allows indiscriminate digging of borewells

Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) officials are brazenly violating the Andhra Pradesh Water, Trees and Land Act (Walta), which is meant to stop indiscriminate sinking of borewells, by permitting borewells in their jurisdiction.
